Get An Associates Degree Before Transferring

A new the Community College Research Center study underscores the value of getting an associate degree, rather than just attending a community college, before transferring to a four-year university. It can increase the likelihood of completing a bachelor’s degree, save students money, and improve their earnings compared with that of earlier transfers.     I am currently working on completing my associates degree in Computer Science at a community college in New Jersey, Brookdale. Although, I just started my academic career here, I thought it would be beneficial to gain as much information as possible, and as early as possible, about transferring to Stanford’s Computer Science department.
